Last Updated: June 13, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of neurovantage’s website, forms, communications, and services. Neurovantage Research LLC (“neurovantage,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) owns and operates neurovantage.

By using our website, submitting a form, communicating with us, or engaging with our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or submit information through our forms.

2. Our Services

neurovantage provides mobile neuromarketing research and related research services. These may include ad and creative testing, packaging research, in-store experience testing, eye-tracking, attention mapping, emotional and biometric response research, AI-powered research analysis, consultation, and related follow-up.

Any specific services, pricing, timelines, deliverables, or research scope will be described separately in a proposal, agreement, statement of work, invoice, or other written communication between neurovantage and the client.

3. Website Use

You agree to use our website and forms only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

  • Use the website in a way that violates applicable laws or regulations

  • Submit false, misleading, or unauthorized information

  • Attempt to interfere with the website's security, functionality, or availability

  • Copy, scrape, reverse engineer, or misuse website content or systems

  • Use our website or communications to send spam, malware, or harmful content

We may restrict or block access to our website if we believe these Terms have been violated.

4. Consultation Requests and Form Submissions

When you submit a form through our website, you agree that the information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge. Submitting a form does not create a client relationship, guarantee availability, guarantee service acceptance, or obligate neurovantage to provide services.

After you submit an inquiry, a member of the neurovantage team may review your information and follow up with next steps. We may decline inquiries that are not a fit for our services, capacity, or business standards.

5. SMS Messaging Terms

If you provide your phone number and choose to opt in, neurovantage (Neurovantage Research LLC) may send you SMS messages based on the consent option or options you select.

We provide two separate, optional SMS consent choices. You may select one, both, or neither. You can submit our contact form and use our services without consenting to SMS messages.

Non-marketing SMS: You may opt in to receive non-marketing text messages regarding your inquiry, consultation scheduling, appointment reminders, study updates, service follow-up, and customer support.

Marketing SMS: You may separately opt in to receive marketing text messages about educational updates, offers, service announcements, event information, and related promotional communications.

The following terms apply to SMS communications:

  • SMS consent is optional.

  • Consent is not a condition of purchase.

  • Message frequency may vary.

  • Message and data rates may apply.

  • Text HELP to +1 (330) 329-5005 for assistance.

  • You can cancel SMS communications at any time by replying STOP. After you send STOP, we will confirm your unsubscribe status by SMS. You will then no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, opt in again through our contact form.

  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

  • Marketing or promotional text messages are only sent when you separately consent to marketing SMS.

  • Please review our Privacy Policy for information about how we collect, use, and protect mobile information and SMS opt-in consent.

6. Age Restriction

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services or opt in to receive SMS messages from neurovantage. By submitting a form or consenting to SMS communications, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age.

7. Payments, Proposals, and Client Agreements

Any paid engagement with neurovantage may be governed by a separate proposal, invoice, statement of work, or written agreement. If there is a conflict between these Terms and a signed client agreement, the signed client agreement will control for that specific engagement.

Payment terms, deposits, timelines, deliverables, cancellation terms, and other project-specific details will be communicated separately when applicable.

8. Intellectual Property

The content on this website, including text, graphics, branding, layouts, images, designs, and other materials, is owned by neurovantage or used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or use our website content for commercial purposes without written permission.

Client deliverables, research materials, reports, and related intellectual property may be governed by separate written agreements.

9. Research Results and Limitations

neurovantage provides research, analysis, insights, and recommendations based on available data, research methods, participant behavior, technology outputs, and client-provided context. Research findings are intended to support better decision-making, but they do not guarantee specific business, marketing, sales, revenue, or performance outcomes.
